Assure DeFi announce retention of global law Squire Patton Boggs

16 April 2022 Assure DeFi announced today that it has engaged global law firm Squire Patton Boggs in support of Assure DeFi’s ongoing commitment to combating the threat of fraud in the crypto space. Assure DeFi intends to utilize the full scope of Squire Patton Boggs’ specialized expertise in furtherance of this mission.
Designed to deepen Assure DeFi’s capabilities when it comes to combatting fraud and helping victims bring bad actors to justice, the partnership will enhance their ability to navigate the ever-evolving global law enforcement landscape of crypto-focused cybercrime; and further aid in supporting adversely affected investors in cases of fraud in the crypto space. Squire Patton Boggs will also be reviewing the Assure DeFi internal verification process, document and data retention policies, and investigative reports, all in an effort to ensure that the evidence packages made available to victims of fraud will hold up in courts of law.
